Crab Flavor is centered on recreating the iconic fresh aroma of crabs. Based on the "sweet, fresh and mellow taste of crab meat," it is divided into two categories: "rich type" (e.g., crab roe paste, crab yolk flavor) and "fresh type" (e.g., crab meat, crab roe flavor). As an umami flavor in the food industry, it combines both "high-end appeal" and "seasonal attribute," making it suitable for all products that need to enhance umami and flavor texture.
It is resistant to both high and low-temperature processing and can blend with flavors such as savory, wine aroma, mushroom umami, and slight sweetness. It can either act as the main flavor to dominate a product or serve as an "umami booster" to pair with other ingredients. Moreover, it can stably release its aroma in solid, semi-solid, and liquid forms.

Prepared & Convenience Foods: Used as a core flavor in pre-made crab roe products (e.g., crab roe pork meatballs, crab roe tofu), simulated crab products (e.g., crab sticks, surimi crab legs), and self-heating meals (crab roe rice, crab-flavored seafood congee) to directly recreate the core experience of eating crab.
Condiments & Sauces: Used to make crab-flavored condiments, such as crab roe sauce, crab-flavored light soy sauce, crab-flavored dipping sauce (for dumplings, hot pot), as well as instant noodle seasoning packs and soup bases, quickly infusing ordinary ingredients with crab umami.
Snack Sector: Adds crab umami to snacks, including crab-flavored broad beans, crab-flavored chips, crab-flavored nuts (e.g., almonds), and crab-flavored fish skin. It uses the contrast of "high-end umami + daily snacks" to appeal to consumers.
